Louie Psihoyos, Oscar Winner in Dubuque-This Saturday

Hey Ghost Player Fans,
DreamCatcher Productions, as part of the Great River Film Initiative will be supporting a really exciting holiday weekend occasion.
Louie Psihoyos, Oscar-winning documentarian, will be talking about film-making at Loras College this weekend. The conversation begins Saturday, November 27th, 2010 at 7pm at Hoffman Hall, located off Loras Blvd., Dubuque, IA. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students.
A pre-event meet and greet will take place at 5:30 as a fund raiser for the Oceanic Preservation Society and the Dubuque County Historical Society. Tickets for that event are $75 each and include seating at the 7pm event too. The events were made possible through the Great River Film Initiative, Mediacom Arts and Culture Grant Program, Loras College, Dubuque County Historical Society, and Northeast Iowa School of Music.

Easton's Article Update

Principle photography will begin in less than a week and there are a few details still to be ironed out. We are still looking for a few cars that are older than 1997 to be used in the film as well as needing a vehicle to use as a gear truck. Also, there are a few meals open for sponsorship. If you are interested in helping out on the shoot there is a cast and crew production meeting on Tuesday, November 23, 8 PM Mindframe Theaters in Dubuque, IA.

Happy Thanksgiving

We hope this time finds you with good friends and a circle of family to celebrate the many blessings in your life. We here at Ghost Player LLC, and DreamCatcher Productions want to thank you for the support and encouragement you've given us. We especially want to thank Jeff Tucker for his time at DreamCatcher Productions and wish him well as he's taken a IT position with Farm Tek. Jeff will still do editing work for DCP in the evenings but his presences will be missed on the daily production team.
