Honorable mention goes to Dick Diamond – Private Eye submitted by David D Debored for scoring highest in our professional short category.
All accepted entries screen at the Pappajohn Education Center as part of the Des Moines Arts Festival, June 25–27. This year we have two screening rooms, one will screen our professional films and the other will screen student and international films.
We will be recognizing the winners at their final screening times starting with Ghost Player at 2pm on Sunday the 27th in the professional screening room followed by Ash at 3pm, and Duty and Conscience at 3:30pm in the student screening room.
The Interrobang Film Festival combines a traditional film production festival with a public screening.
A Best Iowa Filmmaker Award - an individual, production company or department that is a resident of the state of Iowa or whose film was primarily shot (at least fifty percent) in Iowa.
