On Deck to Sell the Dream

It takes someone with a passion for baseball to understand the special nuances and circumstances surrounding the sale of a baseball diamond, especially one as well-loved as the FIELD OF DREAMS movie site. Located just outside the small town of Dyersville, Iowa, the site has great sentimental and historic value.

Ken "The Bulldog" Sanders has been recruited to field the sales team.

Sander pithced in the majors for 10 years, setting records for the Milwaukee Brewers and becoming "Fireman of the Year" in 1971. Ken pitched for: the Milwaukee Brewers, Minnesota Twins, New York Mets, Red Sox, and others. On the mound, Ken was well-respected as one of baseball's great relievers.

In 1971, Ken saved 31 games for the Milwaukee Brewers, becoming the Brewers MVP and earning him the American League Fireman of the Year award. He appeared in 83 games that year which is still a record for the Brewers. He currently works as Vice President of Corporate Services for GMAC First Realty in Milwaukee, WI.
